- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They are always very quick when it comes to adding something on to my policy. They are always very quick to dismiss me when it comes time to file a claim. I really don't understand what an agent does because it seems to me I have State Farm order takers. More often than not I am getting an answering system than a person. Yes they are friendly.
